Provide case management services to foster youth participating in RCAA's Youth Service Bureau's extended foster care program. Serving youth, age 18 to 21 years, in their transition from supervised foster care into independent living by providing support to client through weekly meetings in acquiring independent living skills to proficiency, Helping develop task management in setting goals for financial education including building a budget and obtaining employment, Provide support to youth in building on acquired skills throughout participation in the extended foster care program.
