I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have provided mental health services in telehealth, outpatient and school base formats. My telehealth experience includes individual and group therapy. I also offer EMDR in-person and through telehealth. I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and have been a Team Lead for a Certified DBT Team. I am also a MN board certified supervisor for LMFT and LPCC. I love helping my supervisees grow into the professionals they want to be. I have experience providing clinical supervision for school base and outpatient therapists and practitioners, adult rehabilitative mental health services, in-home services and mental health behavior aids.
