It’s likely because relationships are the cornerstone of my success, and leadership is my passion. As a leading clinical researcher, I’ve led numerous studies and supported best-in-class teams in cardiovascular, catheter-based therapies, and transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR). My early RN training strengthened my ability to collaborate with sales executives and cross-functional partners, drawing out ideas and uniting teams. My conscientious approach to leadership reduces risk by assessing and meeting challenges, making me a trusted advisor to C-level healthcare executives, physicians, peers, and key stakeholders. Examples of my recent career highlights include:➣ Realized a 10% efficiency increase in Medtronic’s physician screening committee time by developing a quick reference comparison tool for multiple anatomical study requirements. ➣ Drove culture change throughout Medtronic as a member of the Culture Change Committee. I advocated and enabled change by providing technical insight while leading through influence to provide social support. ➣ Earned numerous awards for demonstrated leadership and collaboration across multiple studies. Awards included Medtronic Global Clinical Research Excellence Awards, two RAVE Awards, and two Awesomeness Awards.In addition to my hands-on experience, I have earned a master of business administration from the University of St. Thomas, a master of arts in human values in international relations from Georgetown University, and a bachelor of arts in nursing from Saint Catherine University. I also hold certificates in executive coaching from the University of St. Thomas and ethical considerations in conducting international clinical trials from Harvard University.
