As the tech and admin VA for Mamas & Co., I support both the coach and her members in everything from managing technical tasks to handling day-to-day administrative needs. My work includes helping the coach run her programs smoothly, ensuring members have a great experience, and stepping in wherever needed to keep things running seamlessly.

In my role, I provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Key responsibilities include managing and updating the company’s website to ensure up-to-date information and functionality, overseeing Herefish automation processes for optimized workflow, and maintaining Bullhorn CRM to support client relationship management. I also handle urgent tasks as they arise, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to efficient problem-solving. My role combines technical expertise and operational support to contribute to the company’s overall success.
