I was the workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, property, employment practices liability claims manager and the liaison between the insurance companies, attorneys and claimants for Deutsche Bank.I also completed renewal applications for the above-mentioned policies, was involved in the insurance renewal strategy meetings and premium negotiations with our insurance brokers.During my tenure with Deutsche Bank, I developed and implemented a national ergonomics program with the support of senior management that resulted in a reduction of workers’ compensation claims from 260 to 9 claims annually.To reduce general liability exposures, I was involved in revising the insurance and hold harmless agreement sections in vendor’s contracts to successfully transfer the risk, when appropriate. I am currently seeking employment opportunities with employers who are in search of an experienced insurance and risk management professional.
