BOPO Sustainable System LandscapeThe Sustainable Landscape initiative is a strategic initiative aiming to clarify the Target Architecture and to define Architecture Guidelines and Reference Architecture to ensure BOPO’s sustainable ability to meet the Buying and Production IT needs. The nature of this initiative is very much cross-team and cross-competencies and the project has several dependencies and stakeholders across the BOPO division.The main responsibility of my role is to drive progress through activity planning and management of existing architecture resources within the division and through securing input from other parts of H&M IT as well as from external partners.

The project consisted of ten different subprojects and Therese has mainly assisted the main project manager but has also helped other subprojects with their activities in connection to the relocation.
