I am an energetic, hard-working person who strives to be consistently productive with a sense of urgency on all projects. My background has been in government, construction/building trades, apprenticeship and workforce development/training industries. I enjoy working in a team, as well as, individually. My greatest satisfaction is in helping others and being able to contribute meaningfully to whatever task is at hand.My core competencies include relationship building, public speaking/presentations, internal and external communication, program management, and event planning to name a few. I am curious by nature and believe the only way to keep life interesting is to continue learning both in an educational setting and doing new things, especially what you fear most. That's how I became good at public speaking. Challenge is invigorating, but you must be prepared.Technologically, I am proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and have learned a number of proprietary software programs on the job. I continuously take advantage of webinars, Small Business Administration and library technology offerings provided free of charge.
