Current• Lead the delivery of Kährs Global Climate Action Plan 2024-2030 and drive progress against our five commitments and associated targets.• Lead the process for identifying and managing climate-related impacts, risks and opportunities for Kährs globally.• Lead the delivery of our annual Kährs Sustainability Report.• Present regular updates to the Board, Executive Committee and CMO leadership on the management of our climate risks and opportunities.• Deliver and continue to enhance Kährs Sustainability Strategy, working alongside client-facing teams to promote the initiatives, and organise events.• Drive internal engagement through networks and governance structure, including our ESG Taskforce, Climate Execution Team, and Environmental Global Matrix.• Manage the measurement and reporting of overall sustainability performance including decarbonisation of our operations and supply chain, waste and circularity, employee engagement, and impact on nature and biodiversity.• Measuring Kährs carbon footprint across scope 1,2 and 3 emissions.• Manage our firmwide carbon emission reduction and carbon offset strategy, including Science Based Targets (SBTI).• Prepare annual technical submissions to a third party for limited assurance on our climate data, including verification of Green Bond.• Collaborating with business unit teams to evolve and implement the group sustainability strategy, supporting the execution of action plans aligned with sustainability goals.• Managing and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of external disclosures aligned to recognised frameworks (e.g. CSRD, GRI, SASB, TCFD), as part of annual reporting suite.• Responding to external ESG benchmarks and surveys, address investor and customer queries, and provide insights to enhance ESG performance.• Manage community partnerships and collaborate with community organisations and NGOs.• Lead three direct reports in Global Sustainability, Climate & Certification Team at Kährs.
