Project: Identifying direct targets of FEA4, a master regulator of meristem size in maize- Harvested male and female Maize shoot meristems - Imaged meristems using scanning electron microscopy- Performed ChIP-seq using NuGen's Ovation Low Input kit- Performed qPCR- Assisted with Maize planting and pollination in the field

Project: Validating a unified model for comparing along C4 and C3 crop developmental gradients- Isolated 14 day old Maize and Sorghum leaf tissue- Performed RNA-seq validation via qPCR
