Selected, under new management by Elekta, based on background in Physics and experience in training to lead development of e-learning and video modules to train internal trainers to train customers on our products, enhancing perceived value and demonstrated performance on healthcare outcomes. Role includes providing comprehensive instructional design of training and supporting materials to enhance learning of the product’s capabilities and value to client and their customers, as well. Design included creation of “Learning Journeys” establishing clear pathways to empower safe and effective use of this powerful product, an MR Linear Accelerators. Composition of e-learning presentations utilized the design mediums of Adobe Captivate and Rise, enabling an attractive and functional presentation of data and guidance for customers. Simplified scientific/technical documentation for use in customer facing training materials and developed the first 1-week training course on proton treatment planning software, positioning the company for a global rollout of the product.
