In addition to the duties of a Project Coordinator, lead team meetings for the department, as well as participate in leadership team meetings with department managers. Responsible for training all Coordinators and conducting semi-annual and annual reviews. Work with upper management to provide solutions for better processes and implement those processes. Manage team daily and assist with client resolution, project estimating, job distribution, and exceptional customer care.

Placed and received telephone calls for both new and existing customers. Assigned project leads to both Mitigation Project Managers and Construction Project Manages. Provided support to clients throughout projects by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing documentation. Scheduled appointments with clients, building management, and subcontractors. Provided purchase orders to subcontractors. Monitored projects daily to ensure documentation accuracy and up to date communication with clients. Responsible for providing accounting with all supporting documentation for invoicing.

Provided one-on-one therapy sessions to a child with special needs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Taught language, self-help, and social skills through the use of ABA therapy. Collaborated with the client’s parents and school staff to implement the client’s treatment plan.
