Hong Kong

• Served as thought and strategic partner and gatekeeper for the CEO of a mission-driven, high-growth, global higher-education organisation with a key focus on actualising a 4-year scale and growth strategy • Operationalised a Blitzscale strategy through building an Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) driven organisation, ensuring effective and efficient departmental reporting, escalating and pivoting • Launched a fully operational Hong Kong office for scale throughout Asia by recruiting and onboarding a 20+ person strong high-performing team in under 3 months; and creating and implementing policies and processes to support regional presence, growth and success • Created impact by streamlining project-related communications through the organisation-wide rollout of a digital collaboration tool, leading to transparency between regions and departments, and senior stakeholder access to project-related data through custom dashboards • Optimised CEO and senior leadership’s capacity through stunt doubling at meetings and conferences, and through ownership of all special projects, such as a virtual internship program linking 200+ students from economically disadvantaged areas in East Africa to opportunities with multi-national organisations across the globe, the annual graduation ceremony, and quarterly fundraising events • Ensured cohesion, transparency and forward movement by crafting internal and external communications i.e. speeches and updates for donors, BoD and external councils• Cultivated several high stake relationships with high-net-worth donors and family foundations to aid scale and growth strategy, culminating in both large-scale, multi-year grants and a formal gala event raising in excess of US$ 1.5 million

• Led all programme and project-related aspects (workflow, budget, scope, schedule) of the development and delivery of the Abu Dhabi Education Council’s Maths and Science Curriculum for Cycle 2 & 3 (11-18 years), a complex, multi-million GBP, 3-year government project consisting of print and digital products• Liaised with the client as key contact and programme sounding board, travelling to Abu Dhabi with authoring team and SMEs when required • Acquired subject-specific talent while developing and managing a team of 25 in-house and freelance product development experts
