Collaborates with the Senior Program Director and staff to implement key program elements. Contributes to the overall success of our programs by ensuring that high school and post secondary students meet short, intermediate and long-term outcomes.Leads and supports successful outcomes of key performance indicators connected to financial aid completion, college/ post- secondary application completion, including college readiness, high school graduation, successful post-secondary matriculation, and the successful completion of a post-secondary pathway.Practices critical mentoring with post-secondary students that supports social emotional learning, navigating systemic barriers, and supports with college and career persistence/ completion.

- Lead bi-monthly college access and success training for staff in the high school program- Provided weekly supervision and oversight of four program staff to support and navigate systemic barriers for students in our college access program- Leveraged partnerships with regional community based organizations to identify best practices related to college access and family engagement- Managed hiring and supervision of Seattle University graduate fellow in project management and implementation related to student matriculation and prevention of summer melt- Created program curriculum for post-secondary admission, financial aid, and matriculation for annual post-secondary workshops and individual student meetings.- Practiced college and financial aid advising for junior and senior high school program participants with respect to 2 year, 4 year, vocational/ technical post-secondary pathways, and gap year pathways- Provided annual college readiness academic evaluations for prospective student applicants- Prepared and managed the budget for the College Access program to support events, workshops, and ongoing student support funds.- Partnered with site leadership to create and implement annual site metrics and goals.

- Works with students in an ongoing way to develop RAP (Reflection, Altruism, Performance) qualities over time, noticing patterns of thinking and behavior.- Understands students’ full academic and extracurricular participation/performance in school, including attendance, relationships with teachers, peers, etc. - Practices college advising and understands college readiness requirements.- Works collaboratively with students and mentors to ensure students ultimately matriculate to post-secondary education. - Works with Program Manager and Director of College Success & Alumni Relations to consistently assess and measure own results of program activities, and uses data tracking and analysis.
