Some of these included a complete career change and setting up an evolving business. The Rethink Project was borne as a result of these life-affirming changes. I know that helping people do the things that matter to them allows them to live the life they want to, leading to greater fulfilment, meaning and purpose. My passion and one of my core values has always been helping others and this has been woven through all of my career choices to date.As lead coach and founder of the Rethink Project, I bring a wealth of qualifications, skills and coaching experience to support people undergoing change in their life, work or business.I am certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and currently hold the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC). I have coached hundreds of clients and have over 1,000 coaching hours experience. I am also a Coach Mentor and work with the Coaching Academy to support Coaches in Training to complete their Accredited Training and ICF Credentialing process. I have partnered with a range of organisations to provide coaching including Mental Health UK, Sparkus, Career Point and Genius Within (neurodiversity specialists).After five years successfully working as an individual coach and mentoring new and trainee coaches, I founded and based The Rethink Project on four central ideas.
