Advised the founding team and board of the largest Swiss-based crypto wealth management company on product strategy, including considerations for a DAO-governed incubator project.

Owned and managed the vision and strategy of multiple community and data-focused projects for the largest Nordic startup ecosystem of more than 4000 startups and 2000 investors. Managed UX Design, facilitated design sprints and executed web and UX designs.

Managed the core product team of an FX hedging strategy automation API from MVP to scale, in partnership with BNPP. Kantox was later acquired by BNPP.Executed on product strategy and development. Introduced UX research, executed and managed UX Design.

➢ Managed the product strategy, design and development of multiple applications, including a restaurant deals app for a Norwegian startup, leveraging React Native and python.➢ Received grants from the Norwegian government for an AI research project that involved building a dashboard from scratch, providing investors insights into the chances of startup acquisition. ➢ Hired and managed the engineering and product design team of a Big Data startup, focused on delivering consumer insights to corporations. ➢ Owned the product vision and strategy, built the product from scratch and scaled to one million users on the consumer side. ➢ Managed and helped to execute UX Design. ➢ Automated the delivery of insights dashboards, reducing delivery time for clients from weeks to seconds.

➢ Managed product strategy of multiple products for the global enterprise applications team. ➢ Developed backend data-focused micro-services for applications, including an FX trade tracker, leveraging Java, Angular and ElasticSearch.

Helped students with technical challenges during programming practicals and developed their programming skills, to help them complete assignments and improve their overall ability. Languages include C, C++ and Java.

Worked on a number of projects including improving processes for a technical support team and teaching children in schools how to program lego robots.
