Full life cycle Recruiter/Headhunter in Plastics manufacturing with a specialty in Thermoforming and Extrusion. Responsible for the development, management and execution of full life cycle recruitment activities for select clients, including competitive research, candidate selection and recruitment, and management, guidance and assistance throughout the hiring process, including offer and on-boarding stages. Position searches normally related to Operations, Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Product Development and Sales. From VP and Director level down to hourly technicians.Also responsible for the development and administration of internal recruiter and researcher training programs, research and implementation of industry best practices, metric analysis, and the development of internal resource improvement initiatives.Search to fill ratios well above industry averages, with high client retention and satisfaction rates.
