Responsible for designing and implementing both front-end and back-end architecture for full stack web applications.One of my personal favorites is the USAFacts project - http://usafacts.org - where I worked with React and Jest on the front-end; and Docker and Azure on the back-end.

I manage advertising campaigns for a client - creating custom software to analyze data and optimize our strategy.

Responsible for managing all facets of the information technology services branch of the Library and Information Technology Services (LITS) team. This director level position (created after an institutional merger of library and information technology departments in 2007) had several core responsibilities. My primary responsibility was to develop and implement strategic initiatives (which include developing database driven applications) along with directly supervising our staff in Vermont and Washington. This included maintaining and improving a variety of our back-end systems - including our Student Information System and assorted in-house solutions. I was also responsible for developing and presenting a variety of innovative workshops geared around exploring and effectively using technology from personal, professional, and creative perspectives. Additional responsibilities include managing the IT budget and participating in a number of committees. I was also involved in reinstating Staff Council; elected as a representative for a three year term.

Primarily responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining automated processes driven by n-tier architecture. This led to the development of a web based order processing system, automated commission system, and workflow management system which relied upon a mixed Microsoft .NET and PHP platform using MySQL and Oracle database servers. Additional responsibilities included acting as client liaison for implementing marketing campaigns and call center staff training while simultaneously fulfilling the roles of project manager, application designer, and developer.

Responsible for web applications programming and maintenance on several large web sites powered by the Microsoft .NET framework and SQL Server 2000.
