Robert established and built the New York office of McKool Smith, one of the country’s most successful intellectual property (IP) law firms, joining the firm in the midst of the Global Financial Crisis ("Bull market growth in bear market times" is what the press would report). He is a nationally recognized IP lawyer and was ranked #2 among the "Top 50 Best Performing Attorneys representing Patent Owners" before leaving his profession to be of service to the world with the IP Capital investment model.
