I spent over a decade in C-suite roles and eventually became CEO of one of the biggest hotel brands in Great Britain.In 2021, I shifted gears to focus on helping companies build better leaders. Today, I run practical leadership workshops and keynotes that offer immediately actionable plans. I speak from a position of real experience, not theory.
