I'm a factory certified trainer in the areas of Aerial Work Platforms, Telehandlers and Sit-Down Counterbalanced Forklifts. Held a Secured Access Badge for International Airports which allows ramp access when needed. I worked with c-level executives, project managers and superintendents. EFI is a locally owned and operated construction equipment rental company. They provide construction equipment rental, sales, supplies, parts, service and training for commercial and industrial projects in middle Tennessee. They have supplied equipment on many different projects in the area including the new Dave Ramsey headquarters, LP Field, Vanderbilt University and Hospital, Nissan, General Motors and The Music City Center. They help to provide value by getting the right equipment to the job on time and responding to any request for repairs and service within one hour, thus resulting in more uptime to help complete your job on time and on budget. Started a part-time side hustle business selling physical products. Became an annual six-figure online seller. Sold items in categories such as toys, sporting goods, kitchen, books, groceries, electronics and clothing using platforms such as Amazon, EBay, Craigslist, Poshmark and Facebook Marketplace. Had a physical bricks and mortar space for about a year. Used the knowledge gained form the journey to help others start and grow similar businesses. Our family business included several family members including two of our children. I'm thankful that I was able to show them the process of building a business and what it took to work and earn on your own. Our business took us to 18 different states where many times the lines between work and play were indistinguishable.

Company was part of Ruby Tuesday, Inc. Opened several new stores as a Lead Corporate Trainer before going into muti-unit management with the company. Responsible for hiring, training, retention, quality assurance, risk management and multiple unit P&L's. Led the entire concept in having the lowest food cost percentage and achieved double digit sales increases for five consecutive quarters all while managing the unit to profitable gains.

These officers under-take weeks of specialized training, thorough background investigations, and other testing to become sworn part-time deputies. These officers provide a great service to the Sheriff’s Office, with countless hours of free labor being provided on different community projects. The special part-time deputies ride on patrol and support full-time officers, and work special functions, such as traffic control and security at the County Fair, Riverbend Festival, Air Show and other events during the year.
