I assisted with system administrator duties at the VA Medical center in La Jolla. I was responsible for adding IT related computers or networking equipment. I was responsible for troubleshooting IT related issues, answering trouble call tickets via their help desk. I performed software updates, imaged computers for deployment within the hospital and identified legacy equipment for upgrade and removal.
