Support the Network across 4 sites, using VMware vSphere 8, Citrix DaaS, Veeam Backup and Replication, Meraki, Brivo, Robin, Azure AD, M365, Dell Servers/SAN. Maintain Windows Servers 2016-2022. Review and mitigate security vulnerabilities using Azure, Defender, Taegis XDR and VDR, and Barracuda.

Support 140 users at 4 locations. Create new accounts in Windows AD, M365, Azure AD, lead new hire training, image machines, troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported with FreshDesk ticketing System. Some of the products used are: Freshdesk, Barracuda, Citrix, M365, Azure AD, Windows AD, Robin, Brivo, Mitel, Adobe, Kaseya VSA, Sonicwall Netextender VPN, Sharefile etc.

Worked on a government contract for Dyonyx as a System Administrator. The contract was for IHSC ( ICE Health Service Corps) and required me to obtain a government security clearance. Support the network of 21 sites across the country all the way from the PC to the servers. The supported solutions are Casetrakker EMR, Exchange server 2003, BES 4.0, Citrix Presentation Server 4.0, Trend Micro products for Antivirus and SPAM, Vmware ESX 3.1, and Mimosa Systems Near Point for Exchange. Consolidated the exchange servers from 10 remote sites into one centralized server at the data center. Implemented and supported an email archiving solution from Mimosa Systems called Near Point.

I started off as desktop support, and worked into a Network Administration position. I supported solutions such as Citrix, Exchange Server, Blackberry, Xiotech SAN, VMware, Trend Micro, Barracuda Spam firewall, Veritas Backup Exec, Cisco Call Manager etc. Supported local users as well as 5 remote sites. Responsible for ordering new hardware such as Servers, Desktops, printers etc., assisted the Network Manager with interviews, and took part in getting bids from vendors on various projects we wanted to implement.
