I am a registered nutritionist with the Association for nutrition. Since qualifying with an honours degree in Applied Human Nutrition I have worked in the research field both nationally and internationally gaining publication in the British Medical Journal. I have since specialised in public health, specifically in obesity and lifestyle. To enhance my practice I have gained certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming(NLP), Hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I have recently completed a Masters degree in Applied Behavioural Psychology for weight management at Chester University. These skills help to me to be efficiently equipped to be highly effective to help clients on a personal level and to work on a consultant level collaboratively for business. I look forward to working with you.
