Assisting the Bromley GP Alliance in England’s COVID-19 vaccine rollout. I made and received phone calls from the public wishing to book in a vaccination. I dealt with various queries and objections to the vaccines with patience and I always aimed to provide as much information and support as possible.

Making phone calls to alumni to persuade them to donate to the University's alumni fund. I had to be very persistent and learn to deal with rejection. I remained polite yet personable in order to convince alumni that a donation should be made on their behalf by expressing concisely the projects and programmes that the University were currently running. Raised a personal total of £32,000 for the university over two campaigns.
