Provides statistical programming services using SAS/Proc SQL on biomedical research studies. Collaborates closely with Principal Investigators, Faculty/Non Faculty Biostatisticians and or Research Coordinators to provide programming support. Services provided are but are not limited to the following:* data cleaning* merging relational data and or providing.

Faculty Affairs And Professional Development (FAPD)

* Served as a FAPD administrator which included duties such as assigning and revoking user rights to FAPD’s web application and pertinent documents.* Routinely wrote SQL code to generate new and or ad hoc reports as requested by internal and external clients.* Generated / disseminated monthly reports that were reviewed by internal and external clients.*.

Employer Services/Information Management Unit

* Created and maintained MS Access databases; ensured data integrity and data accuracy for reporting.* Proposed solutions to keep data accurately entered into the databases.* Proposed and implemented electronic forms created in Microsoft Word so that offsite departments had the capability to submit forms via email instead of using mail carrier.

Employer Services

* Performed routine maintenance on job seeker data to ensure data integrity.* Worked with department managers to resolve data discrepancies.* Coordinated department information necessary to produce monthly reports and or Ad Hoc reports.* Assisted manager in developing policies and procedures for all data entry and data retrieval using the Employer Services.

Employer Services

* Accurately expedited the data entry of job-seeker data of ~100 applicants on a daily basis into internal databases as well as the CareerLink web-based application.* Monitored and tracked information entered into the Employer Services database.* Processed requests for workforce-related research information.
