Codigee - sounds like an opportunity but a challenge for my skills also. Let's do it!(update) Codigee requires from me many things. I teach and support interns - when choosing proper tools, design patterns, code reviewing or even simple daily issues.Moreover, I am the leader of a few internal projects. I do the ideas R&D and manage the team's work, assign tasks and time schedules, maintain them.

A big project for an even bigger contractor: Maersk. We were creating cross-platform application(mobile+web). The domain's key problem to solve was management for global purposes. The team was very diverse and spread around the world. You can imagine all the different things we had to share. Due to complexity, I was assigned to one specific part of the application related to processing data.But not every story is filled with successes only. Frankly speaking, I perceive this project as my failure. Why? I feel like I completely missed their company's culture and values, especially at the very beginning. Eventually I received my feedback. I need to admit - absolutely unexpected.The one and only thing I could do, was taking responsibility for me and things I could change. So I did. I realized what they really wanted and improved my flow. Though and valuable experience anyway.The final lesson to learn- be transparent and be agile. Both of you!

I teamed up with the DroidsOnRoids. The project I accompanied was in the evolving phase. The first version of the app, already published to the Appstore, was redesigned and repurposed. The development process of the next release started.I quickly found myself introduced to architecture by others. Then, due to team changes,I was about to decide on what's need reimplementation. I can tell for sure some of the code's parts were pretty outdated. I was working on a project daily. I was cooperating with other team members and answering the PO from the USA directly.

I teamed up with the Applover. From the very beginning, I was responsible for laying a foundation for the mobile app of the new banking project - Pacific.I joined at the starting point, initialized the project and took the first steps. With other developers, we continued implementing features. I needed to constantly communicate with the client's backend team and business development team.I was responsible mainly for:- bank cards service integration (Vodeno)- authentication/authorization process (OAuth2, JWT)- platform channel for native LiveChat Support plugin- App/Universal Links service- Google Firebase integration- REST API- UI implementation

When my Hackintosh died - I went for Flutter basing on my iOS native experience. I explored the whole development process: creating an idea, designing the UI/UX, implementation, maintaining and ASO, servicing, upgrading. Then I finished a couple of my projects and supported some of my dev friends. In the meantime, I experimented with Heroku/Python/Flask.

A lot of individual courses. Mostly 1:1 lessons with wide age-ranged customers but groups were too. It's extraordinary how teaching the same things goes differently for various audience.

As the Home Automation Specialist, I was required to draw and inspect the CAD views of building with electrical wirings, heating pipes in apartments. Also, I designed parts of the CCTV, the networking and optical fibres installations, applying hardware included. Smart Home things were there too: KNX systems, MODBUS systems, access control, visualization ...

When an additional hobby got you - start working with it. Instructor's work teaches a lot of new social skills. Patience, responsibility, explaining things with ease for children as well as elders, being strict with a schedule - these are only a few of them.
