As such was accountable for the sales strategy for the key markets that we serve and most important customers within those markets. Working in partnership with 3 business units we effectively and efficiently manage our go-to-market strategy. Lead our account management and go-to-market strategy across multiple selling channels including a direct sales force referenced above, a network of independent representatives (25 reps) and an authorized distribution network. I led a significant restructuring and change management effort in 2009 to set us up for accelerated growth in the future.
