He has built multiple $100M+ businesses spanning consumer internet, the creator economy, ad tech, OTT/streaming, podcasting, e-commerce, and licensing.Currently, Sean serves as CEO of Dhar Mann Studios, a mission-driven digital media company reaching over 120M followers with inspirational content worldwide.At Jellysmack, where he was President, Sean led revenue growth, brand sales, go-to-market strategies, content teams, and new business initiatives, scaling the product line from a single offering to a diverse portfolio and generating $100M+ in revenue growth.As CEO of the Digital Video Group at RTL Group (Bertelsmann), he restructured the division by merging four businesses, optimizing the European market, and achieving a 30% year-over-year increase in revenue, positioning it as the #1 digital video company by traffic.While President of MTV, Sean reversed five years of audience decline, cut $100M in operating costs, and launched a new digital business that hit a $40M revenue run rate within 18 months.At Discovery, Sean served as Chief Digital Officer, investing in Creator Economy companies, developing Discovery+, and driving digital growth.
