I currently work at National Windscreens as a Mobile Technician. My main duties include the repair or replacement of windscreens, contacting customers regarding times and locations for work to take place and maintaining a clean and professional image for the company. As we are the only members of National Windscreens that regularly see customers, we are essentially the face of the company. This means I must make sure the service I provide to customers is professional and hassle-free. I am also tasked with ensuring the company van is always stocked with the correct amount of resources in order to complete the jobs for each day which can include windscreen trims, glue, primer, cotton buds, rain sensors, hand tools and of course glass. I also attend weekly meetings to track performance and customer satisfaction which helps keep me on track to continue providing the best service I can.

I was tasked with managing my own workload, managing relationships with store owners, keeping track of performance data via Excel/Word, attending team meetings and organising TNL products for retailers.

I worked for Palmers Motor Company under Citroen and Peugeot as a Service Driver, this role consisted of the Collection & Delivery of customer’s vehicles for tasks such as Services, Diagnostic reports and Repairs. I was challenged with driving vehicles of all shapes and sizes, which put my driving ability to the test when coupled with the tight deadlines of the dealership.

From September 2014 to October 2018 I created, ran & successfully grew my online YouTube Channel. The channel was based around Cars as that is my passion, I produced videos on my own cars as well as other people's cars to give the audience a diverse look into the world of cars. The reason my channel did well because it was relatable to people my age, the viewers could connect directly with my situation and enjoy talking to others in the same position. I have been invited to many places to record events for companies, host livestreams, promote products and grow my channel as efficiently as possible.
