Shane is responsible for the Strategic Services business unit of a full-service marketing and advertising firm, guiding overall client strategy by leading the efforts of a cross-functional marketing team in the following departments; strategic & tactical marketing, research & analysis, public relations and video production. He works closely with the firm's Creative Services Director, whom manages the design team for print, web, digital and environments, ensuring a synergy between the efforts of the brand management teams. As a trusted partner and advisor, Shane is many times the key connection between the firm's portfolio of brands and their respective CMO's, Executive level Brand Managers and/or Marketing Directors.As a firm Partner he is also counted on to deliver leadership and sharp business management skills in overseeing the financial, legal and firm management activities to achieve the firm's growth path by quickly mastering new roles, responsibilities, technologies, trends and strategies. Additionally, he has shared responsibilities in recruiting, training, developing and overseeing team members.
