A creative professional who not only possesses the ability to find connections in disparate nodes of life experience and to make thoughtful decisions, I am also a diligent entrepreneur who makes his businesses adept at managing and seizing opportunities.In 2015, as the Producer of a blockbuster Regional film ‘Chhello Divas’, I created a box office record at that time with a collection of INR 20 Cr.. This success led me to establish my own Production House & Studio ‘SP Cinecorp’, in the same year.Later on, in 2016, I produced a critically acclaimed political drama ‘Buddha in a Traffic Jam’. Directed by Vivek Agnihotri, it was my first association with a Bollywood film. The movie made news for its powerful subject. After Buddha in a Traffic Jam, in 2017, I acted as an associate producer of a family entertainer ‘Sweetie weds NRI’.In 2019, I have produced and released ‘The Tashkent Files’ which is about the mysterious death of India’s 2nd Prime Minister, Shri Lal Bahadur Shastriji. The Tashkent Files has become a surprising superhit amongst many in 2019 and it has won two accolades at the 67th National Film Awards for the categories: Best Screenplay (Dialogues) and Best Supporting Actor (Female).Currently, I have finished producing my upcoming comedy ‘Vickida No Varghodo’ which is awaiting its release in 2022. The political thriller Bollywood Film ‘The Tashkent Files’, starring Mithun Chakraborty, Naseeruddin Shah, Mandira Bedi, Vinay Pathak and others with Vivek Agnihotri as its director.
