I have done pretty much all things related to the SQL Server relational engine: application architecture, design, development and administration. I have worked solely with SQL Server since v6.5 first came out, and did database development for several years prior to that on dBase platforms. I am one of the best in the world at performance analysis and tuning, and especially love doing that type of work. One of my favorite gigs is a 3 day to 2 week type of system and performance review. I am an exceptional mentor and no matter how long I am at a client I ensure that the staff continue to improve in their ability to effectively and efficiently interact with SQL Server. I have also helped numerous entities with HA/DR planning and execution as well as SAN and IO planning and troubleshooting.
