This is the lesson my father, a Vietnam Veteran turned music store business owner, taught me about family, service to country and entrepreneurship. Making money was never the driving force for my father's entrepreneurial efforts. Instead, he built a fellowship of healing through music for hundreds of veterans and their families who would come into his little music store. I'd watch my father pull them aside, share stories, laugh, and sometimes cry, but always bond over a shared experience and the love of music.
