Stephen Rose brings over 25 years of experience in senior consulting and technology leadership roles, including multi-billion dollar P&L and Chief Revenue Officer positions at top technology companies such as IBM, Nokia, where he also served for four years on the leadership team of the Nobel Prize-winning research institute, Nokia Bell Labs. Prior to Nokia, he spent more than 10 years with Telco Operators, helping them win licenses and launch network services. Throughout his career, Stephen has led functions spanning corporate development, new market expansion, and business turnaround, with experience across more than 30 global markets. He is a recognized expert in driving growth at the intersection of leadership, technological change, and innovation, particularly in AI, networks, cloud computing, and organizational development.Stephen holds a Master’s Degree in Strategy & Organizational Leadership, along with certifications in Financial Analysis from the University of Oxford. While at IBM, he earned Diamond Certification, the company’s highest distinction for industry leadership and innovation. A frequent guest lecturer at prominent universities and corporate boards, Stephen also mentors startups backed by venture capital and as ex-British Army, supports military personnel shift to civilian life.Outside of work, he is an avid audiophile and hiker/mountaineer, combining this with his passion for punk music and David Bowie.
