To create systemic changes in the coffee industry that are required for it and everyone involved to thrive. I thought coffee was doing everything right (direct trade, organic, fair trade, etc). Well—once I started in the industry as a gay woman, I quickly realized the coffee world needs to be better, do better and actually become equitable, inclusive, diverse and sustainable.I am so incredibly proud of our team and partners for showing up everyday, fighting the odds and building a better world around us and for us. Personally—I am a former CPA turned entrepreneur, innovator & a absolutely coffee obsessed human! I started Nostalgia out of a trailer in 2018 with nothing more than a lot of passion for coffee and the want to do better for the world. I had no idea where coffee or Nostalgia would go….Today, Nostalgia Coffee has over 12 team members, a 3,000 sqft roastery, a cafe, and we source over 50% of our coffee from women owned farms! We donate 5% of our revenue back to producers and we are making waves in the B2B coffee world with numerous Fortune 100 clients. 🤙 ☕️ And fyi— it’s just the beginning of Nostalgia! 👊
