I purchased non performing take it bake it units, and converted to a hot pizza delivery chain. We were one of the first companies to take credit cards, deliver beer and wine, deliver breakfast pizza & dessert pizza. My two biggest disappointments here, I wish I had added wings to the menu. And never sold the chain so that I could invest in a new Mexican concept that was heading public.
