I was raised on a farm and brought values of hard work, self-motivation, and caring for your neighbors to a career in the software industry. Software development was a blast, but I found my niche in client and relationship management. Whether delivering a software solution or hosting a family party for twenty-plus, I take great satisfaction when those involved feel honored by my best efforts and sincere desire that they enjoy the experience. “As always, it’s been a pleasure!” is music to my ears. Working with clients such as The PGA TOUR, Microsoft, Roku, IBM, and 7-11, I believe long-term customer relationships are born out of three things every customer wants: a solution free of defects, timely delivery, and to be treated kindly.
