Current• Research, test, design, deploy, and maintain current and new Microsoft 365 solutions such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and Power Apps to improve productivity and data integrity, and assist IT with training, adoption, and support.• Maintain Office 365 Directory Synchronization (DirSync) using Azure AD Connect in our Hybrid infrastructure to synchronize accounts between on-premises directories and Azure Active Directory tenants with Office 365. Manage policies from both on-prem AD and Azure AD using Intune for company devices as well as BYOD.• Maintain Identity Management systems to protect Azure AD and other system accounts including both NAC systems as well as externally hosted applications and services. Implement and maintain MFA for Azure AD, as well as implementation and support of SSO authentication for other NAC systems and hosted applications.• Administer Security Tools including Encryption, Data Leak Protection, and Advanced Threat Protection among others to improve security in the organization.• Architect, develop and maintain critical business applications and workflow applications using current web technologies such as ASP.Net and SharePoint and the Microsoft Power Platform, as well as Lotus Notes client and web-based applications.• Administer Web application servers running IIS and SQL, as well as Lotus Notes servers and applications, including full administration and maintenance of server operating systems, hardware, and network communications.• Maintain Domains and all facets of internal and external DNS systems and assist with Firewall and VPN systems.• Assist with design and execution of current and long-term strategic plans to assure infrastructure capacity and functionality supports both current and future needs.• Assist in the selection, purchase, and installation of Company software, hardware, and communication technologies.• Research, recommend and assist in the planning of corporate needs and directions in IT.
