As a Technical Architect within the Innovation & Architecture Team, my primary focus is to facilitate the creation of great architecture within Lokulus and lead customer-centric innovation.I provide architectural leadership and direction for the client solutions Lokulus develop and deliver within our Enterprise and Growth/Mid-Market functions. In support of this, I am accountable for defining technical strategy, roadmaps, reference architectures and standards.

- Lead a team of 5 delivering a customer facing mortgage application portal as part of a multimillion pound re-platforming project for a high street mortgage lender. - Lead the design of a contact center transformation project for a European Car Manufacturer. The solution has saved circa £1 million pounds per year since its introduction- Lead the design of a replacement licence management solution for the TV Licensing Contact Centre. - Lead a cross company team to create a S.A.A.S “Secure Data Exchange” product to provide clients with a GDPR compliant way of obtaining paper-based evidence from their customers.

- Lead a team of 15 delivering a project for the Home Office which currently generates £300 million per year to support the NHS. This project was delivered from initiation to go-live in under 6 months, required the coordination of 3 delivery partners and involved the stakeholder management of Senior Civil Servants and Government Ministers.- Represented the delivery function in the testing and first use of the “numero interactive” platform, all future delivery work within the numero business is based on this platform.- Was a member of the team which planned a strategic 50% increase in departmental capacity and personally supervised the hiring of 2 new Solutions Architects.

- Delivered a customer interaction management solution to an American telecoms group based in the Caribbean. The solution is used by over 400 staff across 14 business units and 3 different time zones. The solution enabled the relocation of a major contact centre to a new location leading to multimillion dollar savings over its first 3 years of operation.- Was engaged by senior colleagues to design a new project delivery approach based on Rational Unified Process. This included new ways of working and a new documentation set to ensure appropriate project governance.

- Delivered customer interaction management solutions to numerous customers across the UK.- Worked closely with customers to understand business problems and propose appropriate technology solutions.

- Supported numero’s portfolio of 30 clients. - Introduced improved internal reporting to keep senior management, account managers and customers informed about support cases.
