www.thetravellingyogi.comHi everybody and thanks for connecting. I am an international yoga teacher and Thai yoga massage therapist running retreats and workshops all over the word. Over the past seven years, my retreat company 'The Soul Tribe' has taken me around the globe including retreats in Morocco, Croatia, Goa, Thailand, Indonesia, Mexico, Italy, Portugal and Ibiza. In May this year I launched two brand new offerings - SoulTribe TV (our yoga-on-demand online platform with over 100 hours of awesome yoga flows, guided meditations and webinars) and SoulTribe Academy (full of short courses and our 200 hour yogas teacher trainings).This November, I am proud to be opening the doors to my very own 'physical' yoga space SoulTribe Yoga here in San Diego.As an experienced 500 hour registered teacher and world traveller, I am passionate about making yoga accessible yet challenging for all and connecting students to the practice’s higher purpose as a vehicle for self acceptance and gratitude.I teach a creative Vinyasa Flow which continues to evolve as I immerse myself in the practice with incredible yogis all over the world. My classes are a light-hearted exploration of the body and mind incorporating the flow and playfulness of my dance background, whilst staying true to the underpinning values of yoga, taking students on a creative journey, exploring the use of breath, body and awareness to create a beautiful flowing practice taught to an awesome soundtrack. In addition to vinyasa flow, I also teach ashtanga, partner yoga, gentle hatha, yin, meditation and restorative yoga.
