Principal Security Engineer - Active Directory
Current- Oversaw the technical and engineering vision and architecture of Active Directory for a multi-site enterprise supporting over 300,000 named employees across multiple Active Directory domains. - Developed and implemented a new Domain Controller build process to standardize Domain Controller deployments. - Coordinated the research and initial deployment of an updated Active Directory backup process including vendor product reviews. - Redesigned Active Directory physical infrastructure (Sites and Services) addressing growth, capacity, and scalability demands, along with adding resiliency and high availability to the platform. - Collaborated with the Cyber Defense team in the roll out of CrowdStrike Falcon Identity and oversaw the remediation known security risks. - Architected and coordinated updates to the Active Directory security baselines incorporating Microsoft Security Baselines, DISA STIGs, and CIS Benchmarks.
