•Supervise 15 mechanics that work on maintaining and repairing issues within the Seattle Metropolitan area of all postal service and undercover inspection service vehicles.•Oversee three to four Class C Operators that make sure they clean up diesel, gas, and oil spills.•Responsible for safety talks as issues come in.•Responsible for three MSDS books to ensure they are in compliance.•Yard checks to complete inventory of all vehicles and compare to work orders that are in the facility.•Run employee reports on actual repair time, compare the estimated repair time and if any discrepancies discuss with employee to ensure they are on track.•Maintain UST AB Operator license for fuel tanks, dispensers, diesel tanks, new and used oil, as well as run report on all tanks to ensure that there are no failures leaks. •Maintain the Vapor Recovery Certificate for gasoline dispenser.•Inspections with First Choice Compliance to check all tanks, dispenser hoses, and nozzles for leaks, wear and tear and that there is no water seeping into the tanks.•Responsible for maintenance work orders.•In charge of employee’s driver’s license checks, DOT physicals, and all Escreen drug and alcohol tests.•Send out vehicles, trailers and tractors to frame shop, receive estimates, and grant permission for repairs.•Grant permission to send special part request sheets to stock room to place the orders.•Dispatch mechanics on road calls to make repairs on vehicles.•Run multiple Seam reports, which is our operating system that creates the work orders and generate reports of all that the mechanics are working on. The Seam reports also populates preventative maintenance work orders for vehicles that will be coming in for service.•Handle ERMS that document employees who call in sick, run TACS that creates a report that shows the employees clock in and out times.•Accountable for time and attendance for three separate facilities.•Complete investigative interviews and hand out discipline as needed.

•Hauled tractor trailers from the main plant to other plants and stations.• Held the Hostler role that moved trailers around the yard and took loads from dock-to-dock.

•Drove a Motor Vehicle Operator 9-ton to deliver mail from the Processing Distribution Center (P&DC) to the different stations across the greater Seattle area.•Responsible for pick-up of mail collection boxes and scanned each box in order to deliver back to the P&DC facility.•Completed special assignments from dispatchers as needed.
