The project included the recruitment and training of a twenty-plus person project team, change management to adopt procure-to-pay standards, transitioning the provider to Oracle based materials management and financial systems, and supporting the transition with audit-ready documentation and weekly variance-to-budget metrics.Integrated information from purchasing, scheduling and shop floor systems. The automation routines provide planning with real time information to support manufacturing decisions, which is vital to profitability because hundreds of production decisions are made on a daily basis. Integrated mobile punch in with accounting system to automate payroll, invoicing and job costing reports. This included the integration of T Sheets and QuickBooks and implementing contracting estimates and job costing modules. The client was able to save 1 day per week from automating these manual processes.
