Supervising the night shift Be the first point of contact for customers, and vendors. - Organizing service for break downs across the province, providing updates to customers through email, telephone and face to face on units. - Creating and receiving purchase order's to ensure our vendors receive payment. - Filing- Assist technicians by creating work orders, charging parts, ordering parts. - Assist with warranty. - Plan and organize daily schedules in order to maintain consistent work flow between shifts and meet customer deadlines. - Balance weekly schedule's based on requirements to meet and exceed metrics (vehicle maintenance, fleet uptime, customer satisfaction). - Preparing estimates for on demand customers as well as lease/rental customer bill backs. - Working with the sales team and rental team to continue to provide excellent service to our valued customers.

Operating and controlling manual and automated equipment to perform Microbial Fermentations,downstream purifications, recovery, filtration, chemical synthesis and active pharmaceutical ingredient(API) following cGMP(current good manufacturing practices).

Running the production line increasing the Key performance metrics of the company to attain the scheduled targets collaboratively with the team of Packaging technicians and Quality testers. (Major KPMs focused- quality, labor efficiency and machine efficiency

• Perform packer, cleaner, totes, box person, sanitation, trimming and Package Machine Operation level 1 duties as required maintaining the company and international standards.
