+ To assist, collaborate with, and support the team on all production processes and maintenance needs, whether normal or shift.+ Plan and organize jobs in order to meet production targets on daily basis.+ Improve production efficiency by lowering downtimes and yield loss performing cause analysis.+ Determine the best and most efficient uses of available resources, such as equipment and labor, in order to meet production targets.+ Make rapid and effective decision-making to address production issues such as raw material planning, emergency breakdowns, and quality issues.+ Raise PR, liaise with vendor to acquire quotation. Follow-up with Procurement Department to acquire PO & perform acceptance check upon receiving the product/job.+ Oversee production activities and adjust schedules to ensure timely delivery.+ Monitoring plant performance based on KRA settings.+ Liaise with QA to make sure that the finished product meets quality standards and customer requirements.+ Perform analysis, troubleshoot and plan countermeasure to improve production performance.+ Capable of carrying out workforce planning and coordination.+ Involve and confirm compliance to and understand the company's regulatory compliances, such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO/IEC 17025:2017.+ Attentive to ensure that operations are safe and efficient in accordance with the safety regulations.+ Able to produce reports and technical documentation.+ Oversee department’s monthly consumable (alloy, fluxes & spare parts) consumption, make analysis & report to higher management+ Flexible and able to multitask and have responsibility to respond when called upon.+ Monitor and optimize production costs, in terms of reducing wastage and cost of materials.

+ Precision Engineering.+ Make site visit, meet clients from Semiconductor Industry (Western Digital), F&B Industry (Pokka), acquire projects for fabrication.+ Use Solidworks tools to generate 2D and 3D technical drawings.+ Upon generating drawing initiate project management (Material selection, optimize material procurement costing, produce drawing, briefing ofproject to fabrication team, initiate fabrication, oversee fabrication process, perform QC check upon completion, perform site installation).
