I'm an award-winning Design Leader with over 22 years of experience in Automotive design. Dedicated to driving creative collaboration and innovative design solutions, I have a track record of creating beautiful and compelling products. My work was recognized with the prestigious IF Design award for the world-record-setting EN0.146 Electric passenger vehicle design in 2020. As a skilled leader, I excel in building and scaling high-performing teams that consistently exceed expectations. My journey began at GM Advanced Design UK, where I played a key role as a responsible/contributing designer on projects such as the Chevy Nomad & GMC Graphyte concept cars. Building on this success, years Later at GM Design Hollywood, I completed a trilogy of show cars for GM by executing the Chevy TRU140S Sports Coupe. In 2005, I moved to California to establish Honda Advanced Design. My work there included creating the Honda Fuel Cell and Acura Sports concepts. In my time at Jaguar Advanced Design, I initiated and helped develop the iconic Jaguar CX-75 turbine supercar, unveiled at the 2010 Paris Motor Show. Additionally, I designed the brutish but sporty Jaguar XK-RS limited edition production GT coupe.Following my leadership roles at GM, Honda, and Jaguar-Land Rover, I partnered with executives at BMW DesignWorks, Zoox, Gulfstream, Nest, and SpaceX to design new products and Creative Strategies. I shared my design expertise to help them transform their internal processes, focusing on design, brand and scaling design talent. Notably, my most prominent contribution at this time was to the creation of the FXE Hypercar program, which was showcased at the Petersen Automotive Museum.Prior to joining Karma, as the Chief Designer for GAC Advanced Design North America, I developed the world-record-breaking EN0.146 EV Concept car and the Enpulse Electric supercar, which became the Hyper SSR, China's first mid-ship EV supercar under the new Aion brand.Currently, I hold the position of Senior Design Director at Karma Automotive. It has afforded me the opportunity to bring my leadership, Creative Strategic thinking and knowledge of low volume manufacturing for high-end vehicles to elevate Karma as a hyper-luxury product offering. I currently oversee all aspects of design, including exterior, interior, CMF, visualization and UiUx. In this role, I am shaping the new generation of Karma’s electric vehicles, harmonizing the brand design direction and vehicle strategy. Already, the brand has experienced a renaissance with the successful launch of the Karma Kaveya GT Supercar.
