Current- Follow up, review, and attend to customer-satisfaction issues and user-feedback responses on a regular or timely basis.
- Prepare reports. Able to analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement and able to produce accurate management reporting on IT Service performance.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for continued service uplift, driving initiatives and evolution of services.
- Follow up with end users to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports on help desk team’s productivity.
- Ensure a high level of service delivery and drive continuous improvement.
