I am passionate about technology and engineering. I have held executive engineering leadership roles both at high-growth start-ups and at large-scale corporations. I am at my best helping engineering teams build awesome innovations that lead to successful business outcomes. I currently lead the Bloomreach engineering team where we are building disruptive technologies in the commerce experience space using machine learning.I led the transformation of Medallia's entire cloud infrastructure to be modern, efficient, cost-effective, highly available at massive scales.I led the development of the world's highest quality cloud gaming platform: Nvidia's Geforce Now from idea inception to launch at GDC 2015 (and contributed to its invention via 2 patents).I've instituted software development and release processes for Nvidia's software department that resulted in improvements to quality, velocity, agility and defined the way drivers are developed and released.I've worked with industry veterans in video technology to innovate on how video is encoded and decoded on PC platforms (4 patents).
