Duties at AFCON 2019:- Supported asset tracking and management of deployed equipment.- Maintain in collaboration with private and governmental parties the venue/site support and monitoring of network and services during the tournament and Competition Related Events, covering all the levels of support and communications.- Installation and maintenance of IT equipment all over the venue- Installation and oversee the work of accreditation center- Support Wi-Fi Coverage in the CAF Match Official Area, Media Area (Media Tribune, Media Center, Behind Goals & Press Conference Room), VIP/VVIP Area (VIP/VVIP Tribune & VIP/VVIP Lounges) and TV Areas (OB Van Area & TV Booths).- Facilitate the collection and distribution of requirements of all client groups involved in the Venue (especially from Media and Broadcasters).- ensuring all aspects of IT & Telecommunications and Broadcast technology services are implemented according to CAF requirements.Daily Duties:- Making sure every single hardware, system, network…ect has any relation with information technology running smoothly during special occasions like hosting Egyptian premier league matches, conferences, VIP guests or governmental visits and festivals.- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.- Help staff through a series of actions, to set up systems or resolve issues- Troubleshoot system and network problems.- Data management skills including backup, redundancy, and other data-related tasks.- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.- Providing technical support across the stadium.- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.- Possibly training more junior staff members.- Run reports determining malfunctions that continue to occur.- Installation and maintenance of IT equipment all over the stadium
