As an IT professional, I have loved the opportunity to work on challenging technical projects and pioneer solutions to unique problems for my customers. Every problem has a solution, even if we don't know about it yet. There's a thrill to discovering the root cause of a problem, and developing documentation so that others who experience the issue can be more effective at supporting their customers. As a leader, I look forward to utilizing my strengths, which include strategic thinking, a restorative mindset, and analytical approach to decision making, on a broader scale. Translating technical knowledge and an attitude of doing into motivating and sustainable leadership principles will be an exciting experience.Through experience, I will continue to share my professional principles with team members and colleagues through servant leadership and personal conviction.
